Has Brooks Ayers' alleged cancer lies finally been exposed? It sure sounds that way.

Meghan King Edmonds Has 'Seen Evidence' Of Brooks Ayers' Alleged Cancer Lies

Following the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which featured nearly all of Ayers' co-stars accusing him of lying about his diagnosis, a representative from the City Of Hope hospital has confirmed Ayers was never treated for cancer.

"They have never treated anyone by the name of 'David Brooks Ayers' at their facilities," an E! News report revealed, explaining the name "David Brooks Ayers" was listed at the top of documents previously given to the news site by Ayers in an effort to prove his cancer was real.

E! News contiued to reveal a number of additional inconsistencies in the documents he shared, the first of which was the City of Hope logo.

"In Ayers' invoice, dated Jan. 22, 2015, the City of Hope National Medical Center logo has a small trademark symbol—something a person would find if they did an image search for 'City of Hope logo.' On another patient's documents, by contrast, no such trademark symbol appears," the site explained.

In addition, Ayers' document listed the City Of Hope's address as "1500 East Duarte Road, Duarte, California 91010," while the other patient's paperwork read, "1500 E. Duarte Road, Duarte CA 91010."

Ayers' document also includes an "Invoice #" of eight digits, while the other document instead listed a "Medical Record Number."
