Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a baby girl, according to US Weekly.

The pregnant reality TV star, 32 and West, 35, visited a Beverly Hills doctor on Feb. 12 for an ultrasound appointment with family members, Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian to find out the sex of the baby, and a close source to the family said that they are thrilled to be having a little girl.

"They're over the moon!" the source said. "Kanye always wanted a girl."

While Kim and West have promised to keep their baby as private as possible by vowing to not show their baby on national television, Ryan Seacrest confirmed that the cameras will follow the Kim in her pregnancy on the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"When the baby is old enough and she or he decides that's what they want to do, then that will be a decision," Kardashian said on Jimmy Kimmel Live. "From the start, as of now, that's just a personal choice that Kanye and I have made," she explained. "We're going to try to keep it as private as possible."

Kardashian is focused on new priorities ahead of the birth of her baby, confirming that the ninth season of her family reality show will be her last, all thanks to her boyfriend.

"I'm realizing that no matter what, if you go into something with all these expectations and plans, once you're actually living it, it could be completely different," she said in DuJour magazine.

Kardashian also revealed that West has helped her to be more private.

"My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy. I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything. I'm shifting my priorities," she said.

The couple's daughter, due in July, will be well dressed, according to Kardashian. "If anyone knows Kanye, they just know how into fashion he is, and I think he's going to have things specially made," she said. "So I don't think hand-me-downs are going to work."
