Thieves stole $100,000 worth of jewelry on March 8 from Julianne Hough that the actress left in her car and the items were reportedly all gifts from her American Idol host boyfriend Ryan Seacrest.

The former Dancing with the Stars professional dancer had her Mercedes parked outside of an apartment complex in Los Angeles while she was visiting a friend but left three pieces of jewelry in the car, law enforcement sources told TMZ. Upon returning to her vehicle a few hours later, she noted the door wide open and the items were stolen from the interior, all of which her boyfriend had given her.

It is unclear if Hough, 24, left the door of the car unlocked, but sources said there were no visible signs of forced entry. The three pieces of jewelry have confirmed total value of $100,000 and a source told the gossip website one of the items was a $50,000 watch.

Reps from both stars have yet to address news of the theft.

In an interview with Self's March issue, the Footloose star talked about her high-profile relationship with Seacrest.

"Ryan plays my supporter. From day one, I've said that I'm here to accomplish my goals whether somebody is in my life or not," she said. "I'd never want anybody to be in control of what I do. He knows that's big with me."

Hough's film Safe Haven, based on the Nicholas Sparks novel and starring Josh Duhamel, is out in theaters now.
