Pop sensation Britney Spears has a new boyfriend, since ending her engagement in January.

Spears, 31, and her new beau, David Lucado, 27, were spotted when they were grabbing lunch together in on Thursday in Camarillo, Calif.

The former X Factor judge and Lucado were also seen at a driving range, going to a tanning salon together, and dining out for Valentine's Day, according to the Huffington Post.

An eyewitness for Us Weekly said the mother of two appeared very happy and was smiling. A source also told the magazine that Lucado, who is from Virginia and was wearing a Virginia Tech tee shirt and shorts, is a good boy from a good family.

"David grew up on a farm. He does alright. He's into restoring old cars," a source told the magazine.

Spears and her agent Jason Trawack, 41, broke off their engagement in January. Spears told Us Weekly in a statement at the time, "I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends."

Spears announced that she wouldn't return for the fourth season of the X Factor in January, as well. She explained that she will be going back to the studio. Her latest hit with Will.I.Am, "Scream And Shout," was released in November.

"I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens, but it's time for me to get back in the studio. Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can't wait to get back out there and do what I love most," Spears told E! regarding her time with X Factor.
