Miranda Lambert and Anderson East are getting serious, and now, fans are wondering if they will soon get engaged.

Since the start of their relationship at the end of last year, Lambert and East have kept a low profile, but that certainly doesn't mean that their relationship isn't serious. In fact, an engagement could be in the works.

On March 28, Movie News Guide revealed Lambert and East have met one another's parents, and wondered about their next move, which could take them down the aisle.

"Miranda Lambert’s relationship with Anderson East seems to be getting stronger with time. Now, there are also reports that the two are ready to take it up to the next level, as has Miranda apparently met with Anderson’s parents. Will we hear wedding bells ringing real soon?" the outlet asked readers.

If Lambert does wed East, it will be the second marriage for the 32-year-old country singer, who was married for four years to Blake Shelton.

Following Lambert's divorce, Shelton took to the studio, where in addition to writing about his life post-divorce, which has been spent with Gwen Stefani, he opened up about what he's gone through in recent years.

Speaking of one particular song, Shelton revealed just how personal it was.

“I’ve had a lot of music over the years but I don’t think I’ve ever had a song before that’s such a direct look into my life,,” Shelton said in a release earlier this month, via Hollywood Life. “That’s why I’m so excited about this particular song.”

“I’m doing what I’m supposed to do, and that’s put all I’ve gone through and put it into music, and I never felt more connected to a record before," he continued. "When people hear this record, they may not know what happened to me, but they’re gonna know how I felt about it. And that’s exciting for me, to just lay it out there for people."
