Justin Bieber Investigated For Battery?
Justin Bieber, the pop sensation who has been on his international Believe tour, has allegedly been accused of battery by a neighbor in Calabasas, Cali.
TMZ is reporting that Bieber and one of his male neighbors got into a verbal altercation that was said to be intense.
People Magazine reported a story that Bieber was seen going through airport security shirtless in Poland on the night of March 25. TMZ reported that they confirmed Bieber was back from his overseas concerts on the morning of March 26.
The neighbor, or accuser, reportedly went onto Bieber's property to complain that while he was on tour people were at his house having loud parties.
L.A. County Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore told the tabloid that the accuser said Bieber made physical contact with him which led to filing the battery report. The accuser also claimed that Bieber threatened him.
However, sources told TMZ that Bieber didn't make contact with the neighbor, but did tell him to get off of his property. The sheriff's department is still investigating the story.
Bieber is scheduled to perform in Austria on March 30 and he will be in traveling throughout Germany from April 2 to 6.
