Kristin Cavallari recently filmed an episode of The Steve Harvey Show, where she addressed her comments about her husband Jay Cutler's possible future vasectomy, her sexting habits and how a therapist saved their marriage.

After making headlines in recent weeks, the former Laguna Beach and Hills star spoke out, refusing to reveal whether or not her husband had been "snipped."

"Poor Jay," Cavallari told Harvey. "I'm not going to say if he has or hasn't, or is or isn't. But, I have had three babies and I feel like he can do one litle thing and go get snipped. We have to do all the work! We do all the work... You guys can do one little thing."

At the end of last month, Cavallari appeared on Maria Menounos' Sirius XM radio show, where she first spoke about her desire to have Cutler get a vasectomy.

"My philosophy is, we have to push the babies out," she explained, according to a report by E! News. "We are the ones who have to go through everything, so you can do one little thing and get snipped! I don't think any guy is like, 'Yes! Please, cut my babies out of me!' But you gotta do what you gotta do."

As for the possibility of getting a hysterectomy, Cavallari was not on board, explaining, "I've pushed three babies out the old who-ha, I've done enough."

Continuing on to Harvey, Cavallari spoke of her sexting habits with Cutler, claiming, "I made the mistake of mentioning that in my book [Balancing In Heels] and now that's all anyone wants to talk about."

According to Cavallari, she and Cutler travel often, and "you gotta do what you gotta do!"

As for her and Cutler's marriage, Cavallari admitted that it hasn't always been easy, but said their therapist has helped them substantially.

"I think it's important for people to know that there's no such thing as a perfect relationship. We work on it. But we love each other and we want to make it work," she said, adding, "I 100 percent credit our therapist for saving our relationship."
