Dwayne Johnson has a pretty packed schedule, and one need only look to Instagram to get a sense of his busy life.

Recently, Johnson, who is set to reprise his role as Detective Hobbs in Fast and Furious 8, revealed that he was just about done filming BayWatch and was now prepping to begin filming the Furious 7 sequel. He also teased the development of his character arc in Fast and Furious 8 some, stating that Hobbs will be "bigger, lethal, meaner and tougher than a $2 steak."

He also revealed that he will begin filming for Fast and Furious 8 in four weeks.

Johnson is also psyched about Charlize Theron coming on board Fast and Furious 8 in a villainous role. Previously, the actor welcomed Theron, by posting an image with the actress on Instagram and a sweet caption to go with it.

While expressing his excitement at Theron joining the crew, he also revealed Theron's response about joining the Furious franchise in a recent interview with MTV. "I'm coming to mess that shit up," she said.

In other big casting news for the movie, Scott Eastwood is also joining the movie as Mr. Nobody's (Kurt Russell) protege.

In related news, it was also announced that Game of Thrones' Kristofer Hivju is set to star as the lead antagonist in the Furious 7 sequel. Hivju will be playing the part of the leader of the villains in the movie. So that would mean Theron's character might be linked to him or working for him.

Theron's addition to Fast and Furious 8 could make things very exciting, especially given Theron's record playing gritty roles, most recently blowing audiences minds away as Imperator Furiosa in Mad Max: Fury Road. She has also played the steely villainous part in Snowhite and the Huntsman as Queen Ravenna.

Fast and Furious 8 will be released on April 15, 2017.

Furious 7 opened in theaters on April 3, 2015.
