Where in the world are Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard living these days? That's what their fans can't help but ask as the couple has been refusing to let anyone know about their exact whereabouts.

Even though they've been sharing less content on their social media accounts, there's a good chance that the couple, along with their 1-year-old son Israel David, are now back in their native Arkansas after spending the last year in Central America with their missionary work.

Jill added a new photo of Derick with his mother Cathy Dillard in what looks like her kitchen in her home in Arkansas. Even though she didn't specify why they were there, Jill captioned the photo with, "Need a yummy recipe for dinner? Check out the Spaghetti Pie recipe on our website! It's one of our faves!"

The photo sent Jill's social media followers in a frenzy as plenty of them commented on the photo with, "Great picture. Your mom looks so great! Praise God!! But why are you guys back in Arkansas?" along with, "You people know they were thrown out of the country for running fake missionary not backed by a church."

Another follower wrote commented on Derick's appearance by writing, "He looks fine:) I think it's just the was he's standing. And IF he was sick I'm positive Jill and Derek are aware and figuring it out already. It's sweet that everyone cares though!"

So far neither Jill nor Derick have made any comments about their whereabouts or if they plan on going back to Guatemala anytime soon.
