Bobby Shmurda is reportedly making some interesting claims against the NYPD.

According to Friday's report from New York Daily News, the rapper is suing the police department over an alleged false arrest for gun and drug charges. When he was arrested nearly two years ago, Shmurda claims he was at a friend's house when the police knocked on the door.

The filed suit says, "When one of the occupants opened the door a slight bit to see who was there, Officer Douglas Corso and other police officers kicked in the door and illegally entered the residence without a search warrant."

The site adds that cops claim Shmurda was hiding a handgun inside the couch. The rapper is also reportedly saying that when the police were allegedly going through the apartment, they mocked him by "chanting the lyrics to his chart-topping songs."

As a result of the arrest, Shmurda claims he suffered "nervous shock and mental anguish." He added that the gun nor drug paraphernalia belonged to him.

The site pointed out that Shmurda is free on a $2 million bail.

Shmurda previously spoke with Vibe about the cops; according to him, these officers have a history of lying.

"I told everybody the cops that locked me up- they're dirty," he said. "I've known the cops since I was 11-12 years old. They've been dirty for forever. They were trying to tax me for money. They tried to put guns on me. They tried to do a whole bunch of stuff."

Whatever happens at this point, the artist said that he still plans to make music in the future.

"When I get home, I'm dropping stuff back-to-back," he said. "Videos back-to-back. Mixtapes back-to-back. I'm going to drop like four albums in a row. I'm going hard."
