Jon Bon Jovi $42 Million New York Home Listed, Soho Duplex; PHOTOS of Interior
Jon Bon Jovi listed his New York City duplex for $42 million, a Soho property that spans 7,452 square feet.
The duplex has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, three terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and 360-views of Soho. The singer bought the property in 2007 and reportedly paid $26 million for it.
The New York Post reported of a "quiet" listing in 2011 with an asking price allegedly of $45 million, however, the price has since been lowered. The space also has 11 foot ceilings. Click here for photos of the property's interior.
The property's listing back in 2007 noted that it includes "terraces of unparalleled proportions," over-sized arched windows, a laundry room, two kitchens and an "enormous elevator." Curbed reported that the time at Jovi's Park Millenium Tower on the Upper West Side failed to sell at $6.95 million, so he's renting it out.
Other celebrities that have put properties up for sale this week include Curb Your Enthusiasm star Larry David. He listed his Pacific Palisades, Calif. home for $14.9 million. The mansion has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and is located on nearly an acre of land that overlooks the Pacific Ocean, according to Today. It also has a gated entrance, a pool and guest house.
