Matt Bomer and Simon Halls looked mighty suave at the premiere for The Nice Guys.

On Tuesday, the celebrity couple attended the event at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood where they dressed in spiffy suits and showed off some love. With their arms around each other, the actor and publicist seemed to have a lovely night posing for the cameras.

The Nice Guys revolves around a private eye who investigates the death of a porn star in what appears to be a suicide. The film stars Bomer along with Ryan Gosling, Russell Crowe and Kim Basinger. It hits theaters on May 20.

Bomer has had quite a year in his career especially with his role as Donovan on American Horror Story: Hotel where he did some intense sex scenes. While this might be an awkward situation to be in, the actor made it clear with People that scenes like these are strictly professional.

"There's been a lot of that sort of scene work for me over the years in one form or another so I think we're all pretty much sort of anesthetized to that," Bomer said. "It's part of the job. It's part of the character's reality and who they are and their circumstances. That's what you show up and do. It's just a day at the office sometimes when you're an actor."

The actor also had the pleasure of working with pop star Lady Gaga who was a dream to have on set.

"Once we met and we hung out and she had us over to her house where she was so approachable and relatable, it made it so much easier to work together," Bomer said. "By the time we got to set we could drop the mythos of 'Lady Gaga' and approach each others as actors. She's a brilliant actress. She's so fun to work with. I was a big fan coming and I'm an even bigger fan as a human being and actress coming out of it."
