A major break in Bill Cosby’s sexual assault cases has occurred but it’s not good news for the fallen actor.

Portions of Cosby’s deposition from Andrea Constand’s civil lawsuit against him has been released in which he admitted to being intimate with girls who were younger than 18, The Jasmine Brand reported Monday. The deposition took place in 2005 and 2006. At the time, Constand was 17.

Apparently a certain agency would give Cosby “five or six” models in his studio weekly. At the time, he was filming a sitcom but it’s not clear which one. Cosby admitted he would also help out younger actresses who were trying to make it big and provided them with food. One of his interactions with the women dates back to 2000.

While Cosby said he didn’t remember giving Constand amaretto (after she said she didn’t drink alcohol), he did admit that he once had her perform sexual acts on herself.

“Yes,” he said in the deposition.

Cosby also opened up about giving Quaaludes to then 19-year-old Therese Serignese after he met her back in 1976. He said their relationship started as consensual he later gave her money via his representatives at the William Morris Agency. The company did represent Cosby at the time but no longer does. Apparently it was a payout for Serignese to keep her silence on her connection with Cosby so his wife, Camille Cosby, would not find out.

As for what’s next for Cosby, he’s set for a preliminary hearing in Pennsylvania later today (May 24) as he faces charges that he drugged and sexually assaulted Constand back in 2004. She is now 43.
