Kim Kardashian is nearly six months in her pregnancy and according to sources, the reality star is thinking about giving birth to her first born in Paris.

TMZ reported that Kardashian and boyfriend/baby daddy Kaye West are considering having their baby in France, and even visited a hospital to look at its maternity ward during a trip to Paris last week. Reports indicated that the country has stricter anti-paparazzi laws, which means the couple can enjoy the arrival of their new baby in peace. West reportedly has a home in Paris and has recorded music there as well, including his hit song with Jay-Z N----- in Paris.

Following the couple's trip to Paris, Kardashian opened up to Entertainment Tonight about the possibility of giving birth in the City of Lights.

"We're thinking of having the baby in Paris, maybe," she said. "We're still deciding."

A recent report indicated that while Kardashian is settling her divorce with estranged husband, Kris Humphries, West has abandoned Kardashian and is "living it up" in France.

"Kanye is loving Paris and is having a great time there working on his album," a source told the New York Post. "It's overwhelming Kanye is an only child. Whereas the Kardashians are always in each other's business - he isn't used to all that. He wanted to remove himself from the hectic Kardashian family bubble for a while."

The reality star and her boyfriend are expecting their first child together in July, right around the same time as Kate Middleton and Prince William's baby.

Kardashian flaunted her baby bump at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday. She attended the awards show with younger sister, Kylie Jenner, and rocked a sexy black long-sleeved mini dress that not only accentuated her curvy figure, but her baby bump.

She expressed her excitement about her appearance at the MTV Movie Awards, saying, "I'm so excited for the MTV Movie Awards, airing this Sunday, April 14 at 9/8c on MTV! I'll be presenting an award that night so make sure you tune in to watch all the fun surprises! Xo."

West was not in attendance on Sunday.
