Selena Gomez Justin Bieber Back Together? She Says 'People Assume Things' in Radio Interview
Selena Gomez addressed her recent run-in with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber during her Wednesday radio interview with host Elvis Duran for the Z100 Morning Show.
The 20-year-old was asked about reports of her meeting up with Bieber during one of his tour stops in Norway. They were spotted kissing, an insider told People, and Bieber posted on Instagram a photo of him and Gomez getting cozy.
Gomez replied to questions about Bieber on Wednesday by saying she wants to enjoy her youth and "I'm in my twenties. I wanna have fun."
"I wanna enjoy my life and not have to worry about every single thing. I think I've actually given enough of myself, it that makes sense," she added, when asked again about the Boyfriend singer. "I feel within my music, and even how I handle myself in interviews, people think they know, but they really actually don't... in a way, I like to keep myself a little bit private, but at the same time people do assume things."
Neither Gomez nor Bieber have directly addressed their relationship status, and the Instagram picture he upload of them recently together was removed shortly after it was posted. Bieber got a new tattoo recently and though it is not in the image of Gomez, many have speculated that perhaps it is an omen to them rekindling their romance. Bieber's new arm tattoo means being in love and not caring about the opinion of others.
On Wednesday evening Gomez took to the stage on Late Night with David Letterman to perform her new hit song Come & Get It. The track is off of her upcoming album, expected to be released summer 2013.
