So all eyes were on Chris Brown and his friend turned foe Kevin McCall when the two were beefing brutally on social media recently; especially after McCall hinted that he had a hookup with Brown’s longtime ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. Now McCall is setting the record straight on what really happened between him and his ex-friend’s former flame.

McCall stopped by Jason Lee’s Hollywood Unlocked recently and opened up about his past with Brown and Tran. McCall, who was signed to Brown’s label, and the singer had a huge blowup on the Internet as McCall outed Brown for not letting him get out of his allegedly crappy contract.

During their spat, McCall released a song called Baerucche, which he now says was an aim to make Brown upset.

“The ‘Baerucche’ thing was kind of like just trying to piss him off, and it worked. And then [Karrueche] took it to the head and I’m like, ‘Whoa. Knock it off. You are built like a preteen. And I don’t like women that are built like preteens, I like all shapes and sizes.”

Interestingly enough, McCall remembered a time where Rihanna chose his music over Brown’s as well. He said while he was signed to Brown’s label, the Ayo singer was upset that McCall wanted to work with other artists such as KeKe Palmer and Rihanna.

“It started when Rihanna came in the studio and [Chris Brown] was playing my songs and she was like, ‘Wait, we’re gonna get to your stuff, play his again. Is that you? That’s him? Play his again.’ And I’m like, ‘Oh my goodness. Do it, but don’t do it. I don’t know what to do,” McCall said.

He also confirmed he did not ever deal with Rihanna romantically.
