Ryan Lochte is taking Rio by storm -- and not just at the Olympics.

As Lochte continues to participate in swimming events at the games, he has seemingly gone public with rumored girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid, who was named Miss July in 2015.

"Happiest of birthdays to my favorite person on the planet. You're one of a kind. See you soon!" Reid wrote on Instagram last week, along with the photo seen below of herself and Lochte.

Days later, Reid confirmed she was in Rio with a second photo, which she captioned, "Beautiful day in Rio!"

Although Lochte hasn't yet shared any photos of himself with the model in Rio, he has shared photos of her in the past and months ago, one of those photos also featured his mother, which hinted that he may be quite serious about Reid.

"Dinner with MY two gems: my mom and @kaylaraereid #BYOsalad #shirleytemple." he wrote in the caption of the photo above.

On Tuesday, Page Six claimed Lochte and Reid had been linked to one another since March.

"Based in Los Angeles, the 25-year-old bombshell has been making the most of her summer vacation by traveling with Lochte. The couple were spotted in Fort Lauderdale earlier this summer before jetting off to Rio," the outlet stated. "Reid seems pleased about her accommodations, sharing shots from the gym and the beach of the South American city. It seems the blond beauty already has checked off several boxes on Lochte’s girlfriend list.
