VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cameras aren’t rolling to catch the latest drama between a very pregnant Joseline Hernandez and her alleged husband Stevie J. But that hasn’t kept them out of the headlines as Hernandez gets closer to her delivery date and Stevie still questions whether he is the father.

In their latest drama, Hernandez’s lawyer, Tony Mathis, has accused Stevie of going too far when he filed a restraining order against Hernandez. He said Hernandez lied about her name, age, and even suggested that she is really married to another man. While the judge tossed out Stevie’ request considering nothing violent had happened between them, Mathis said the drama is far from over as they attempt to get Stevie to make another move; this time on their behalf.

“We are trying to get Stevie to take a blood test to see if the baby is his. She’s already taken her test. She’s waiting for him to go down and put his sample in,” Mathis told Bossip Wednesday. He went on to say that Stevie has not necessarily been cooperating and because the paternity of the child is in question, Hernandez has been taking on the pregnancy as a single mother.

“Stevie is not supporting her in any form or fashion. Not financially – nothing.”

Meanwhile, Hernandez showed off the latest phase of her baby bump on Instagram Tuesday.

Considering Stevie and Hernandez were on the outs when she revealed she was pregnant, Stevie has questioned whether the child is really his from the beginning.
