Chris Brown is now out of custody after an hours-long standoff with police in Los Angeles Tuesday.

Authorities stood outside of the singer’s home after a woman, Baylee Curran, claimed that he pulled a gun on her inside just moments before. He was taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon, which is a felony. He was released on a $250K bail.

Curran told TMZ that “everything was great” when she was hanging out with Brown and his celebrity friends like Ray J “for a couple good hours.” She said it all went left after she “admired” a piece of jewelry that a man was selling in Brown’s home. Curran said one of Brown’s friends ordered her not to “go near” the diamonds and told them to go outside. She said that’s when Brown appeared and told them to leave as he pointed a gun at her.

“I got out,” she said. “Two of his friends walked me out…”

She said one of Brown’s friends made her sign a nondisclosure agreement before they returned her shoes and cell phone. She said she refused to sign the paper, snatched her phone, and “took a run for it.”

She did not want to reveal if there were drugs in the home.

Brown took to Instagram to update fans on what was going on when he first refused to come outside of his home. He said he was sleeping when he woke to helicopters and police at his home. He was adamant when he said her allegations were completely false and would not leave his home without police showing a warrant. Check out his statement below. WARNING: Explicit Language.
