Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge were involved in an ATV accident during filming on The Real Housewives of Orange County and soon, fans will see the terrifying incident take place on the Bravo reality show.

In honor of Eddie Judge's birthday, the ladies of the cast (except for the pregnant Meghan King Edmonds and Shannon Beador, who is on vacation with her husband David) traveled to Glamis, Calif. for some fun in the sand with ATVs. Unfortunately, their adventure ended in disaster.

In a People Magazine sneak peek at the new episode, Gunvalson, Judge, Heather Dubrow and Kelly Dodd receive instructions on how to stay safe in the vehicle from Judge's brother, Kenny.

"If this thing goes over, the last thing you want to do is stick your hand out," Kenny tells the women.

"What do you mean if it goes over? Don't say that," Dubrow responds.

After the ladies get going and begin to pick up speed, Judge is heard saying, "Oh s**t, I'm scared." Then, as the ATV flips, Dodd's helmet falls off and the video goes silent.

"I still have nightmares today thinking about what happened," Dodd told the magazine in August. "Vicki had a concussion, so did Tamra. It was just a really, really bad accident."
