Hey, Mark Zuckerberg, looks like you got some 'splainin' to do.

Some clever folks at Buzfeed uncovered a striking similarity between Facebook's logo and a piece of art from the very first Shrek film. Specifically, Lord Farquaad's eponymous logo.

The lowerface "f"? The white font against the blue background? Let's face it, it's basically the exact same thing.

What's even more damning is that the Shrek movie featuring the logo came out in 2001, three years before Facebook.

All evidence points to one of the following: either Zuckerberg is a low-key Shrek fan and decided to pay homage to the film, or Zuckerberg is actually Lord Farquaad himself. 

In all fairness, it's most likely just a huge coincidence. But still, I don't think Lord F would approve of his logo being copped like that.
