Target has announced it's newest designer collaboration line, and fans of Victoria Beckham will be pleased to learn that she is going to be the next high-end designer to bring a limited-release and more affordable line to stores.

In a press release, Target announced the new collaboration, which will be available on April 9, 2017, and will include apparel and accessories for women, girls, toddlers and babies

"Working with Target has been a really exciting process, and this partnership allows us to share the essence of Victoria, Victoria Beckham with more people than ever before," Beckham said in the release. "I was inspired to create the Victoria, Victoria Beckham line when I was pregnant with Harper, and since its launch, the category has evolved into an established lifestyle collection. With both the line and my daughter turning five, I felt it was the perfect time to extend into a more accessible price point and to celebrate both milestones by opening the range to include childrenswear for the first time."

The line is expected to be inspired by both her line and her experiences as a mother with a daughter. The collection is expected to include more than 200 items featuring both soft pastel and bright colors, spring prints, and is being billed as feminine and functional.

Most items are expected to be under $40, with the price range going from $6-$70, and sizes for women will range from XS-3X, and NB-XL for girls, toddlers and babies. The collection will include dresses, rompers, tops and bottoms.

Target has been known for it's limited edition collections and collaborations with designers for over a decade, initially as a part of it's GO! International campaign, which saw collabs with Isaac Mizrahi and Rodarte, and later as it's overall designer collab initiative, which has seen collections from Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui, Jean Paul Gaultier, Liberty of London, Proenza Schouler, Missoni, Jason Wu, Marimekko and Lilly Pulitzer see wide varieties of success within the company.
