Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which means that it's prime time to start thinking about what outfits to pack before heading to Grandma's house (or your mom's, dad's, significant other's -- whatever your situation is).

One of the best things about Turkey Day is the endless amount of food: turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes... the list goes on. And, naturally, your outfit has to reflect how much you're planning to eat. And, girl, I don't know about you, but the very idea of wearing anything with buttons or zippers makes me want to curl up under the table and cry.

To hopefully make your life a little easier, I present you with an array of pant choices that won't leave dents, marks, scars or otherwise irritate your precious food baby in any way. Better yet, they will actually look like you put in some effort to getting dressed for the big dinner.

When trying to find pants roomy and comfortable enough to rock for Thanksgiving, keep an eye on the waistband. Look for either an elastic waist or something with a tie. If going for leggings (as one is wont to do) try to dress it up with a suede or sequined pair. If you're all about loose, flowy fabrics, go for a silk pair with a luxuriously wide leg.
