Overwatch Gets Its New Oasis Map [VIDEO]

Blizard Entertainment has already earned a lot of respect from the gaming world with its premium one man shooter Overwatch. Now the company is up with another update to its test servers available on PC. As per the insight, the gaming giant has introduced a brand new map to entice the excitement.

According to Gamespot, the new Oasis map has been equipped with the game's Public Test Region. This will allow the gamers to take the taste of an aesthetic atmosphere much akin to the Arabian desert. To increase the excitement the map has been enticed with traffic which can harm the player and a city alike ambiance. Various cars and jump pad can also be seen.

Blizzard Entertainment had earlier said that it will unveil this spectacular map within December. However, the traces of the map was indicated by the company in the earlier days of November only in during BlizzCon event. But it seems that Blizzard introduced the map earlier than its promised time, probably to stimulate all gamers' passion for the game

The announcement was first confirmed in an Overwatch Players' Subreddit availed on Reddit Users stack. The insight also revealed that the map has gone live on the PTR. Blizzard claimed Oasis to be a piece of hum intelligence, intellect, and quick creations. "A monument to human ingenuity and invention, researchers, and academics from around the region came together to found a city dedicated to scientific progress without restraints," the company stated as a short description of it in the patch note.

The Oasis map is available for all Overwatch PC players. To download this map, players will need to download the PTR version of Overwatch via Blizzard's launcher, which is free for PC owners. However, Blizzard has not exclaimed any news of it for Playstation and Xbox One users. But potential sources are suggesting that the patch will also be available soon for these two platforms as well.
