Why are Drake and Jennifer Lopez spending so much time with each other, wonder party hoppers.

The two are reportedly having a date, whispers E! News. Jennifer Lopez and Drake met for a "very intimate dinner" at the celebrity hotspot Delilah in West Hollywood Monday night (December 19). The exclusive gathering was organised by Drake. Rumors whispered that they might be dating.

It all began when the rapper Drake dropped in at the singer's "All I Have" concert residency in Las Vegas. He posted a video of J.Lo's concert as well as a few heart eye emojis on Instagram.

Last Saturday, he was at another of her Vegas performances. Almost up to the stage, he "bobbed his head and swayed along to the music."

Hence, the two have been reported to have good professional ties. But do they have any other romantic ties? It seems so, according to an "analysis" by USA Today.

It isn't clear, though it is rumoured that "Jennifer and Drake are working on new music together," the insider added.

Recently, Jennifer canceled her New Year's Eve hosting gig at a nightclub in Miami that was said to be worth millions, so that she could spend her holidays with her family this year. Drake too is reported to be dropping to Las Vegas over the holidays, and he is supposed to be ringing in 2017 at Hakkasan nightclub.

Will Jennifer Lopez be with him? It is not known. Still, what she is Not doing is clear - she will Not perform at Planet Hollywood until February 8.

Currently, the artistes are said to be single. The 47-year-old Lopez finished her five-year romance with Casper Smart in the summer, while Drake and Rihanna put an end to their brief romance.

"Rihanna and Drake are seeing other people at the moment," a source said. "They are not exclusive anymore. They still love each other, but their schedules have gotten in the way."

There are other people that both of them are rumoured to be dating. Drake has been linked with Taylor Swift when she attended his 30th birthday bash in October.

Lopez too is quite a bomb. Recently she had one friendly kiss with her ex-husband Marc Anthony at a recent concert performance, which immediately led to his divorce with his wife!

She was also rumoured to be seeing ex-fiance Ben Affleck.
