Selena Gomez Justin Bieber Back Together But She's 'Being Careful' With the Relationship, Source Says [VIDEO]
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are reportedly back together but "taking things slow," according to a source.
They have rekindled their romance since breaking up in late 2012 but this time around, they are taking their time and not rushing into anything. An insider told Hollywood Life that Gomez, 20, is "being careful" with Bieber, 19.
"Justin and Selena are dating but they are taking things slow," the source revealed. "Selena is keeping her heart from being broken, so she is definitely looking at this as a trial period in their relationship. She has told him that if he f***s with her emotions too much, she will drop him."
The source added that Gomez needs to focus on her upcoming world tour and she knows it. The Come & Get It singer is "trying to be levelheaded" because she knows how important her shows are to her fans. Gomez kicks of her Stars Dance world tour in Vancouver in August. Gomez and Bieber were caught kissing and hugging at the Billboard Music Awards on May 19. She - along with friend Taylor Swift - passed by Bieber backstage at the ceremony and when she stopped to congratulate him on his Milestone Award, she wrapped her arm around his neck, kissed him on the cheek and hugged him. In the footage, a red-headed friend of Gomez's is seen trying to pull her away but she continues to talk with Bieber for a bit longer before leaving with her friends. After Bieber realizes he was being filmed, he tries to get the cameras away from him.
On May 18, a day before the awards ceremony, the pair caught the late show performance of Love by Cirque du Soleil at the Mirage in Las Vegas, sources confirmed to E! News.
