Michelle Williams, who split from actor Jason Segel in February, has been spotted with artist Dustin Yellin, reported Us Weekly.

The star of Oz: The Great and Powerful, 32, and the sculptor-painter, 37, were first spotted holding hands after the Costume Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City in May.

Yellin lives and works near Williams' Brooklyn home and has already met Matilda, her 7-year-old daughter with the late Heath Ledger.

The three were seen braving the rain Monday and attended a child's birthday party at a park in Brooklyn. Yellin was seen walking Matilda home from school on Tuesday.

Earlier this year, while still living with her ex, Segel, Williams spoke of the support she received from fans wanting her to find love.

"If people are happy about [my relationship], that makes me feel good because in my head the opposite is true, that people fault or blame you for things," she told InStyle magazine. "That's really painful. You wish they would just want you to be happy, for your kid to be happy, and for you to have a good life and do good work. [So] any kind sentiment that the world can feed back, well, I won't turn it down," Williams said.

The actress stars in Oz alongside James Franco, Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz and Zach Braff. The film, direced by Sam Raimie, was released in theaters in March.

Ledger's father, Kim, revealed pages of Heath's diary the actor kept while preparing for the role of the Joker for The Dark Knight, released in 2008.

Kim is featured in a clip in the new documentary Too Young to Die reading from his late son's journal.

The Dark Knight was released after Heath's death and the actor received an Oscar postumously for his performance in the film. His Oscar was accepted by Ledger's father, Kim; his mother, Sally Bell; and his sister Kate Ledger. (Only one other actor ever has been posthumously honored with an Academy Award: Peter Finch for Network in 1977.)
