Farrah Abraham's ex-boyfriend may have claimed she is expecting her second child, but according to a new Instagram clip, that may not be the case.

In Simon Saran's statement to Hollywood Life, he said the reality star was expecting but didn't reveal who the potential child's father was.

Abraham surfaced on Instagram and showed off her seemingly fit frame in a tiny two-piece bathing suit.

On Wednesday, Abraham posted a video of herself as she promoted a weight loss product.

"Ladies, some real talk here - @flattummytea kicks bloating hard," she wrote in the caption of the clip. "Bloating is sooo uncomfortable, both in how it feels and looks. I don't use this tea for weight control, it's not about that, it's for flushing out toxins and cleansing your tummy. From there it completely gets rid of bloating and gives you a flat tummy. It's a staple for me, I literally take it everywhere, especially when I'm away from home when I know I can't always eat super healthy."

As Radar Online revealed, Abraham was accused of being pregnant weeks ago after she was seen sporting a possible baby bump while enjoying time with Saran in Jamaica for her 26th birthday.

However, a short time later, Saran shut down the rumors and suggested his on-again, off-again girlfriend was simply bloated after enjoying a glass of Dr. Pepper with her breakfast.

Abraham is already a mom to eight-year-old Sophia from her past relationship with Derek Underwood, who passed away after a car accident months before Sophia's birth.
