Selena Gomez and The Weeknd have been forced to spend time apart in recent months due to his ongoing Starboy: Legend of the Fall Tour and according to a new report, he "hates" being away from the 24-year-old singer and actress.

As The Weeknd continues to travel the world, an insider claims the Earned It singer has been missing his girlfriend.

“He hates being away from his true love for any length of time,” a source told Hollywood Life on Sunday. “Abel used to have lots of flings on the road when he was single but he was always a gentleman about it. He’d even order them breakfast in the morning and send them off with a bouquet of flowers!”

Gomez and The Weeknd started dating several months ago and chose to go public with their relationship in January. A short time later, Gomez and The Weeknd enjoyed a romantic vacation in Europe before the start of The Weeknd's tour.

Although Gomez did attend several of her boyfriend's shows, she has been concentrating on her new music in recent weeks and didn't travel with The Weeknd during his latest trip to Paris.

“The Weeknd even told friends that he hardly even notices beautiful girls at his shows anymore,” the source continued. “All he thinks about is Selena. His buddies would not be the least surprised if he’s going to pop the question soon. He loves women, don’t get me wrong, but ultimately he is a one-woman man now and it seems like Selena is that one woman.”
