Is Jennifer Garner okay with Ben Affleck's highly publicized relationship with Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus?

According to a new report, the answer to that question is a definite "no." In fact, a source claims the actress and mother of Affleck's three children, Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5, is hurt and humiliated by the relationship.

“Jen’s never been about getting retribution,” an insider told Life & Style magazine on Monday. “That’s not her style. But Ben’s insensitive actions have changed her... she could never really trust Ben."

That said, Garner spoke of her marriage to Affleck years ago and said she wouldn't change a thing.

"I didn’t marry the big fat movie star; I married him,” she told Vanity Fair. “And I would go back and remake that decision. I ran down the beach to him, and I would again... You can’t have these three babies and so much of what we had. He’s the love of my life. What am I going to do about that? He’s the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous. He’s just a complicated guy."

According to another report, Affleck and Shookus are quite happy together.

“She’s enjoying it,” a colleague of Shookus’ told Page Six earlier this month. “She never wanted to be on camera, but she’s comfortable getting a lot of attention.”

As for Affleck, he's reportedly enjoying dating someone who isn't famous.

“He’s always gone for high-profile women. He wants to date people that know and understand his life. When you’re a TV producer, you understand that [Hollywood] life,” a source explained.

“Ben really enjoys [Shookus’] company,” added a friend of Affleck's. “They have a really good time together. She’s very smart, and they share a lot of the interests. She’s a movie buff, so that clearly always excites him.”
