Just over one year after Audrina Patridge and Corey Bohan welcomed their first child together, the former Hills star has filed for divorce.

According to a new report, Patridge has filed for divorce less than one year after marrying Bohan, who fans first met several years ago on the MTV reality series, after what is being described as an "alleged domestic violence incident."

"The split appears to be triggered by alleged domestic violence because according to court records ... Audrina filed for a temporary restraining order against him on Monday, Sept. 18. The court granted the order," TMZ revealed to readers on September 21.

Patridge and Bohan have been involved in an on and off relationship with one another since 2008 but didn't tie the knot until last November, when they wed in Hawaii.

Patrige and Bohan share a 15-month-old baby girl, Kirra Max.

During an interview with Momtastic at the end of last year, Patridge opened up about welcoming her first child before tying the knot, revealing that she received tons of criticism from her fans and followers online for not tying the knot prior to Kirra's conception.

“God has a plan for everyone. The baby was a surprise. And I was like, you know what? This is meant to be,” she explained, according to a People magazine report.

“A lot of people gave me a hard time for having a baby before getting married, but who are they to judge? You always have those few haters who are going to be negative in every situation. At the end of the day nobody is perfect. You have to do what’s good for you.”
