Farrah Abraham made some physical changes to her body after her adult porn video, revealing a new boob job.

The reality star underwent plastic surgery on May 31 after the release of her Backdoor Teen Mom sex tape to upgrade her c-Cup breast implants to a D-cup size, according to RadarOnline. This is reportedly her fourth time she has got plastic surgery in less than three years.

Abraham, who just turned 22 on May 18 didn't waste anytime with the upgrade, as the FDA's minimum age for silicone breast implants is 22.

Although the reality star has already four surgeries, she doesn't think she has a problem and just wants to look good.

"I don't think I've done too much surgery at a young age. If someone wants to walk around with bags under their eyes, that's fine. But personally, I want to look my best. And I'm looking amazing," she told Life & Style Magazine.

The single mom who has a 4-year-daughter, named Sophia is very confident in her newly bigger breasts.

"I would not get boob implants that were porn-star status. I'm very realistic about keeping myself looking natural," she told the magazine.

Abraham has reportedly spent nearly $30,000 so far on a nose job, a chin implant, and two breast implants.

"There's definitely some pain, but that's expected," she said. "[But] what if I have a freak accident and I need something fixed, or if age gets to me, or I have more children and want a 'mommy makeover?'"

Despite her enhancements, Abraham said she still struggles with finding a good looking boyfriend.

"It's sad, because I don't have a boyfriend," she says. "Obviously, I look good. And when I see a hot guy and he's dating an ugly girl, I'm like, 'Damn, all that goodness is going to waste, ''she said. "My goodness is going to waste because I don't have anyone to spend it with."
