Billy Ray Cyrus and wife Tish are looking to call it quits again.

Almost three years after the Achy Breaky Heart singer filled for divorce, and then changed his mind, his wife Tish has had enough and has filed for divorce.

"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family," Tish said, according to Us Weekly. "We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

In a statement to PEOPLE, Billy Ray said, "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

As TMZ first reported, Tish listed "irreconcilable differences" as a reason for wanting the split. The 53-year-old is also looking for sole custody of the couple's only minor child, 13-year-old Noah.

Billy Ray and Tish have five children, including 26-year-old Brandi and 24-year-old Trace from Tish's previous relationship as well as 20-year-old Miley and 19-year-old Braison.

However, Miley made matters a bit more public after she called out her father on Twitter.

"@BillyRayCyrus, since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" the young singer tweeted.

While the couple has been married for 19 years, the pair's time together may have run its course.
