Oprah Winfrey’s team has reached out after reports swirled that the queen of media supported disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

A rep for Winfrey set the record straight on where she stands when it comes to the accusations against Weinstein that he sexually assaulted several women, including famous actresses.

“Oprah has not spoken to Harvey Weinstein directly,” they said according to The Jasmine Brand this weekend. But that doesn’t mean Weinstein isn’t hoping Winfrey shares his side of the story.

“Someone from his team reached out to her to see if she would talk to him, and she said she would if it was for a n interview. There are no plans for an interview at that time.”

Still, there’s a chance she could be doing a 60 Minutes interview with Weinstein.

“She was only interested if he’d look in the mirror and give her the honest, bone marrow truth.”

Weinstein became the center of headlines after he was said to have assaulted dozens of women from sexual harassment to rape. Many of those women have spoken out publicly and said they’ve been assaulted or harassed by Weinstein. Angelina Jolie, Cara Delevingne, Gwenyth Paltrow, Rose McGowan, Heather Graham, Florence Darel, Claire Forlani, Asia Argento, and Ashley Judd are some of the celebrity women who have come out and shared their experiences with Weinstein.
