The Weeknd Unfollows Selena Gomez's Mom On Instagram

Is The Weeknd really on board with Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber's relationship?

While latest reports have suggested that The Weeknd, who is currently on tour in Nashville, Tennessee, doesn't mind that his girlfriend has been spending tons of time with Bieber in recent weeks, a new report suggests that he most definitely does not appreciate the newfound friendship.

On Oct. 29, Perez Hilton shared a video on YouTube in which he revealed that The Weeknd has unfollowed Gomez's mother and friends. As Hilton pointed out, the shocking development seems to hint that The Weeknd is not only upset about Gomez and Bieber's friendship, but also considering parting ways with Gomez after less than a year of dating.

Hilton also said that the recent unfollowing of Gomez's mom and friends may suggest that he and Gomez have already split, which would be quite a surprise considering they recently moved in together in the Greenwich Village area of New York City.

"They are living] in a low-rise luxury building in the heart of the Village. Selena is definitely immersing herself into the nitty gritty of New York," a source told Entertainment Tonight in September.

The insider went on to reveal that Gomez and The Weeknd's new apartment featured 11.6 ft high ceilings and Juliette glass balconies.

"Best of all, the master bath is outfitted with his and her vanities, a steam shower and Kohler cast-iron bathtub," the source added. "They’ve both been very gracious to the neighbors and seem very happy with their living arrangement."

Gomez and The Weeknd enjoyed their first public outing with one another in January of this year, just two months after he split from model Bella Hadid, and months later, they made their red carpet debut at the 2017 Met Gala.

Although things between Gomez and The Weeknd appeared to be going well for the first several months of their relationship, Gomez began hanging out with Bieber earlier this month and now, her romance with The Weeknd may soon be over — if it isn't already.

Gomez and Bieber began dating in 2010 and continued to date exclusively until 2012. Since then, the couple has been on and off and over the weekend, they were seen grabbing breakfast with one another in Westlake Village, California on Sunday morning before hitting up a church service nearby.

No word yet on when Gomez and The Weeknd are set to reunite.
