Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are reportedly considering a secret wedding ceremony.

According to a new report, Gomez and Bieber are happier than ever and as they continue to enjoy their recent reconciliation, a report claims Gomez is ready to say "I do" behind her skeptical mother's back.

"[Mandy] has warned Selena that she’ll never welcome [Justin] into the family. So since both Justin and Selena want the wedding to be drama-free, without any protests or interventions, they’ve decided to marry in secret,” an insider told Life & Style Magazine, according to a report from Hollywood Life on Dec. 13.

Bieber's mother, Pattie Mallette, has been extremely vocal about her love for Gomez but when it comes to Gomez's own mother, she isn't nearly so fond of her daughter's chosen partner and who can blame her? In the past, Bieber has been known for his playboy ways and last year, he accused Gomez of using him for fame. 

As fans may recall, the online fight between Gomez and Bieber took place on Instagram and just weeks later, the singer checked into a treatment center after citing struggles with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.

“Selena is scared to share her happy news,” with her mom, the insider continued to Life & Style, because Mandy “has never forgiven Justin for the way he’s treated Selena over the years. Selena is feeling slightly sad that she’s keeping the wedding a secret from those closest to her, but she’s thrilled to be walking down the aisle."

According to the report, Gomez and Bieber are scouting locations for their wedding in Barbados, Hawaii, and Mexico and are hoping to host a small and intimate ceremony officiated by Carl Lentz. Lentz is the pastor of the famed Hillsong Church and a close friend of Bieber's.

News of Gomez and Bieber's potential wedding comes just days after a report claimed that Bieber is convinced that there was no other woman for him.

Bieber believes Gomez is “the one,” a source told Hollywood Life earlier this week.

Gomez and Bieber have been on and off for the past several years but according to the report, Bieber has always come back to Gomez and realizes just how special she is.

Gomez and Bieber were first linked romantically over seven years ago.
