Selena Gomez And Justin Bieber Are Doing Fine, Despite His Night Out In Los Angeles

Selena Gomez may have been absent during Justin Bieber's recent night out in Los Angeles but that doesn't mean there is trouble in paradise for the couple.

According to a new report, Bieber was seen enjoying a night out at Poppy nightclub on Thursday night but the outing was no cause for concern when it comes to the 23-year-old singer's romance with Gomez. In fact, a source at the club said that Bieber behaved quite well throughout the evening.

“He was legitimately having fun. He was very relaxed and he was socializing with everyone. He seems to have found a peace about him that many haven’t seen in him a long time. He took most of the night to dance throughout with his friends as well and he wasn’t dancing with girls, so Selena should not have to worry one bit as he never once flirted or danced or carried on with any girls,” an eyewitness told Hollywood Life on Jan. 26.

Gomez and Bieber haven't been seen publicly since earlier this month. However, they did ring in the New Year together in Mexico and later attended a pilates class in Los Angeles. Since then, Gomez has been keeping a low profile as rumors of a feud with her mother continue to swirl.

Prior to his night out in Los Angeles, Bieber was seen spending time in the Maldives with his mother, Pattie Mallette. She shared a number of photos of the two of them on Instagram during their trip.

As fans may know, Mallette has long been a fan of Gomez and her relationship with Bieber. Also, months ago after it was first reported that they were back together, she expressed her excitement on Twitter.

As for Gomez's relationship with her own mom, Mandy Teefey has been less than thrilled with her reunion with Bieber. In fact, Teefey openly admitted to Gossip Cop weeks ago that she was "not happy" about them being together. That said, she knows that Gomez is an adult and will continue to make her own choices.

“Selena can live her life however she wants as long as she is happy, safe and healthy,” Teefey explained.

Gomez and Bieber rekindled their romance in October of last year and shortly thereafter, Gomez's split from musician The Weeknd was confirmed. Gomez and The Weeknd had dated for 10 months prior to their breakup.
