Here we go again! Could Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton actually be preparing to welcome their first child together, the fourth for the No Doubt singer?

For years, the couple has been facing rumors of pregnancies, breakups, engagements, and secret weddings but still, according to Shelton's latest comments, he and Stefani are not yet starting a family.

On Feb. 18, Gossip Cop shared a report with readers in which they confirmed Shelton had shut down claims of a Stefani pregnancy during a recent performance at Ole Red in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. As the outlet revealed, Shelton joked about the possibility of Stefani giving birth to his twins in between a couple of his songs. As he explained, his audience was “very lucky” to be present on that particular evening because Stefani was “actually gave birth to twins yesterday, and she’s here tonight to sing with me.”

Stefani then joined him on stage for a performance of their duet, “Go Ahead And Break My Heart,” which they co-wrote just weeks into their relationship. Then, when the song concluded, the couple shared a sweet kiss.

Stefani and Shelton began dating one another in late 2015 after their divorces from their former partners, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, were confirmed. A short time later, rumors began claiming that Stefani was pregnant with Shelton's baby, or babies, and they've continued to plague the couple ever since. That said, Stefani and Shelton haven't yet conceived a child together, nor do they have any confirmed plans to do so. Instead, they seem to be enjoying their time with Stefani's three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

Stefani and Shelton first sparked romance while filming the ninth season of The Voice. At the time, they were both newly single and for weeks, they bonded over their high-profile divorces.

After establishing friendship on the set of the show, Stefani and Shelton began flirting with one another on air and ultimately, they confirmed their romance in Nov. 2015. Since then, they have become one of the most talked-about celebrity couples of today's headlines.

To see more of Blake Shelton, don't miss next week's premiere of The Voice season 13 on Feb. 26 at 8 p.m. on NBC. The country crooner will be joined on the series by longtime coach Adam Levine, returning coach Alicia Keys, and new coach Kelly Clarkson.
