Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby girl North West's birth weight has been revealed, according to reports.

The 32-year-old Keeping Up WIth The Kardashians reality star gave birth to baby "Nori" on June 15, reportedly five weeks early from her scheduled due date.

While reports swirled that the newborn spent some time in an incubator to regulate her body temperature, due to a standard course of treatment for premature babies, Us Weekly revealed that when the now-one-week-old baby girl was born, she weighed 4 pounds, 15 ounces.

Sources said that the premature baby is healthy and is doing fine.

"She's tiny and perfect," a source said. "She looks just like Kim -- with her dark hair and some of her features."

While Kanye, 36, or Kardashian have yet to comment on their new addition, sources revealed that the reality star is "breastfeeding."

This is a sign of relief for many who worried about Kardashian when she endured an emergency delivery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

"Kim was scared," a source said. "And the doctors had to assure her that even though the baby was early, she was ready."

Despite the early birth of North, Kardashian, Kanye and baby are all resting in private location.

Over the weekend, reports indicated that days after Kardashian gave birth, Kanye popped the question, asking his girlfriend to marry him.

The Sun newspaper also noted that the Yeezus rapper did not have an engagement ring for Kardashian, but reportedly paid £500,000 on a rare black and tiger-stripe diamond rock.

Sources close to the couple debunked those rumors to EnStars, adding that "marriage is in the near future" for the first-time parents.

Meanwhile, in a new interview with W Magazine conducted before North's arrival, Kanye gushed about his love for Kardashian.

"At a certain point, or always, love is more important than any branding, or any set of cool people, or attempting to impress anyone. Because true love is just the way you feel," he told the magazine.
