With every award show brings a night to remember! From the guest list to the big wins, everyone is patiently waiting to see how the night will unfold. The anticipation for the winners might be high, but the red carpet fashion always seems to takeover.

Swan dresses, sequins and lace, and, of course, the infamous cherry red dress are just a few of the fabrics that have managed to grace the red carpet.

Celebrities such as Lupita Nyong'o, Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, and Viola Davis have all had some of the most iconic and unforgettable looks of all time.

The world will probably never forget Lupita Nyong'o's timeless baby blue dress at the 2014 Academy Awards and Charlize Theron's plunging red dress at the 2016 ceremony.

Though the women have managed to step in and show out, the men aren't too far behind. Designers such as Sergio Rossi, Dior, Gucci, Michael Kors and Christian Louboutin are just a few of the designers that are responsible for the most classic suits for the male celebrities.

This year, as we honor some of the biggest names and breakout stars, it will be interesting to see the designers and looks that the celebrities will choose, but more importantly who will make the cut for the best looks.
