Justin Bieber Selena Gomez Break Up and Now She Hangs Out With Austin Mahone, PHOTOS
Selena Gomez moved one from one YouTube sensation to another, spending quality time with singer Austin Mahone after breaking up with Justin Bieber earlier in the year.
Gomez, 20, enjoying a day out at Disneyland with some friends recently, one of whom was 17-year-old Mahone. Photographed snapped shots of the group walking around the California amusement park, with all the girls in one picture sporting headbands of Minnie Mouse ears.
Gomez hanged back from the group on a couple of occasions to talk privately to Mahone, according to United Kingdom's Mirror. For the outing she wore gray leggings, a baggy striped top, studded biker boots and a black beanie. Mahone had on red sneakers, baggy black pants and a white short-sleeved T-shirt that had the word "PAWS" spelled across it.
Mahone and Gomez has gone out together before as well, also with a group of friends. In late May they went out to dinner with Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. Swift confirmed the outing by saying, "We had a giant dinner at Nobu for all my bandmates, dancers, and friends... Ed [Sheeran], Selena, Austin Mahone... We were all just laughing together and rejoicing in a really fun evening."
Gomez asked Mahone out during their meeting at the Billboard Music Awards 2013 blue carpet.
"I guess we're having dinner together tonight," stated Gomez, to which a surprised Mahone replied, "Oh yeah. Sounds good. I'll see you there."
Gomez and Bieber, 19, broke up in January after dating for almost two years. They were romantically linked together a few times since then, most notably when he uploaded on Instagram a topless photo of them together and also when they kissed and hugged at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
Mahone shot to in 2011 after videos of himself performing became popular on YouTube. He was signed to a record label in the summer of 2012. Some media outlets even labeled him the "Second Coming Of Justin Bieber" when he first broke out onto the music scene.
Bieber was also discovered through a series of YouTube videos showing him singing. He became the prodigy of R&B singer Usher, who signed the young sensation in 2009.
