Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout is doing everything in her power to protect her family, especially when it comes to ex Ryan Edwards.

Order Of Protection

People Magazine has reported that Bookout and her husband, Taylor McKinney, have filed two separate orders of protection in Hamilton County, Tennessee. McKinney was the first to submit his request of protection against Edwards.

Meanwhile, Bookout used her order of protection for herself and her 9-year-old son with Edwards, Bentley. Bookout also listed in her legal document her two children that she shares with McKinney, 2-year-old Jayde and 22-month-old Maverick. US Weekly stated that a Hamilton County judge is expected to hear the case on Monday, April 2.

Ryan's Horrible Week

On Tuesday, March 27, the Teen Mom OG star was arrested at his home at around 3 p.m. The Red City authorities that arrested him stated that Edwards violated his parole regarding a previous offense that involved heroin.

Radar Online received information from the Hamilton County regarding Edwards' ability to make bail.

"He was held on $5,000 bond. He was bonded out at 10:15 pm," said the Hamilton County Jail spokesperson to Radar Online.

A Baby Preview

Edwards' arrest and release from jail comes at the worst possible time. His wife, Mackenzie Edwards, had just revealed in a preview to an upcoming episode of Teen Mom OG that she took a pregnancy test and it was positive. This would be Mackenzie's first biological child with Edwards, as he is a stepfather to Mackenzie's 4-year-old son, Hudson.

All About Kailyn

In addition to the Edwards family, several other Teen Mom stars have made headlines. Outspoken Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry admitted that she wanted to have a fourth baby. On the March 22 episode of her podcast, Coffee Convos With Kali Lowry And Lindsie Chrisley, Lowry revealed that she was looking at different options to expand her family. She even admitted to considering using a sperm donor and freezing her eggs.

The Lowell-Baltierra Update

Meanwhile, on March 14, Catelynn Lowell released her first social media message following her stint in rehab. She shared with 3 million Instagram followers a quote from Molly Mahar that showcased her positive outlook in the latest chapter of her life. Lowell was at an Arizona mental health facility where she received help with her battle with mental illness.

Meanwhile, her husband, Tyler Baltierra, was forced to defend himself on social media after critics made fun of his weight loss. Baltierra addressed his critics and stated that he did not like that they made him a bad guy. He added that he would not wallow in self-pity and instead focus on bettering himself as his wife faced her demons.
