Sheena Monnin, former Miss Pennsylvania lost $5million in a lawsuit to Donald Trump and the Miss Universe Organization.

Monnin resigned as Miss Pennsylvania last year over claims that the Miss USA contest was rigged. She said that another contestant found out the named of the top five Miss USA finalists before the show aired.

"Apparently the morning of June 3rd [Karina Brez, Miss Florida] saw a folder lying open to a page that said 'FINAL SHOW Telecast, June 3, 2012' and she saw the places for Top 5 already filled in," Monnin posted on Facebook after resigning from her position as Miss Pennsylvania.

'She relayed whose names were on the list. Then we agreed to wait and see if that was indeed the Top 5 called that night. After it was indeed the Top 5 I knew the show must be rigged," Monnin added in the post.

However, Monnin lost her case in court earlier this week against Trump and is required to pay over $50,000 in fees.

"The Court does not take lightly that Monnin is compelled to pay what is a devastating monetary award. However, sympathy, or apparent inequity, may play no role in a court's legal analysis," Judge Oetken said on July 2.

Monnin wrote in a Facebook post Thursday that the true will soon come to light, regardless of what the judge ruled.

"This is not about me being a 'sore loser' or wanting my '15 minutes of fame'" she wrote. "This is about the MUO's admission under oath that they manipulate the judges' results to suit their own ends. This is not what they advertise to the public," she wrote.

She asked her Facebook friends to send in money for donations.

"The legal fees for standing for truth amount to over $50,000," Monnin posted on her Facebook page. "I still need to raise money for my legal defense fund. I would greatly appreciate any and all donations."
