Savannah Chrisley is definitely in her best shape, and that is all thanks to the new diet plan.

Healthy and Happy

The 22-year old beauty showed off her slender, well-toned body while wearing a skimpy black lace bikini. In a new photo she shared on Instagram, the blonde looked happy while vacationing at the Cayman Islands with her fiance Nic Kerdiles.

In the caption of her photo, the star expressed her appreciation for the South Beach Diet, to which she is a spokesperson for.

"There isn't a day on the beach without my South Beach Diet snacks," Savannah wrote in the caption. She added that the snacks have helped her trim down and keep her body weight at a steady pace.

Chrisley also revealed that she is obsessed with their nacho protein puff that it has become her favorite. "Thank you so much South Beach Diet for making me look and feel my best," she added.

Sun-Kissed

The day before, the star also shared a make-up free snap of herself featuring her sun-kissed face. She was with her tanned beau who was gazing up at her full of love. In the caption, she joked about her red face.

"I'm just trying to see how my face is peeling," she wrote on Instagram.

While Chrisley's face caught the attention of her Instagram followers, they also took notice of the burn line just about her bust that showed how bad her sunburn is. It is a stark comparison to her usually pale tone.

One Instagram follower commented and asked the star, "Y'all have heard of sunscreen?!" The commenter added that it looked so painful.

The "Growing Up Chrisley" star did not let the comment slip away and replied, "Oh it is!" referring to the painful feeling the commenter was describing. She also wrote that the sunburn was a takeaway from their first day in the islands.

"There was nothing but clouds in the sky, but I was tricked!" Christley wrote in the comments section.

Kerdiles also shared some snaps on his Instagram page. He shared his friend Kempton Williams' Instagram Story of the fun destination they had been to on a group date.

Realities of a Relationship

Last week, the two have openly talked about the challenges in their relationship after rumors of their breakup started to come out. The couple told E! News that they were taking a few steps back from their relationship.

Kerdiles clarifies to Todd Christley, Savannah's father, that they were still very much engaged. However, he emphasized that they are working on their individuality every single day as much as they are working on their relationship.

Both Kerdiles and Chrisley gush over each other and are not afraid to share it on Instagram. Last month, in the midst of the rumors of their breakup, Kerdiles shared a solo shot of her girl and wrote, "I am not sure how I got this lucky to have found my best friend so early in life."

Then, the hockey player admitted that while their photos on Instagram often show how happy they are together, they also have their share of trials and tribulations. However, what he emphasized was the fact that their love never waivers.

"It is what makes this special," Kerdiles wrote.
