Dwyane Wade Ex-Wife Siohvaughn Funches Living on the Streets? [VIDEO] She Protests Her Rights As A Mother

A video of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches sitting on a Chicago street Friday holding up a sign has gone viral, prompting to believe that she is homeless.

According to the New York Daily News, Funches was sitting on the streets of downtown Chicago in front of the Daley Center, where most child support cases take place, protesting her fair rights as a mother. She helped up a sign that read, "NBA Miami Heat Star Mother of His Children On the Streets."

Funches said that Dwyane, who is currently dating actress Gabrielle Union is currently homeless because he left her without any money.

"He owes me quite a large sum of money," Funches said.

"Dwyane Wade is offering to pay only some of what he owes me if I sign an agreement never again to discuss what happened in our marriage or with our children. I refuse," the ex-wife said.

Siohaughn also claimed that she is being treated unfairly in court, since losing her two kids, Zion and Zaire Wade in a custody battle. She said that during her parenting time, Dwyane enrolls the boys in a basketball camp that takes places during the time she has scheduled. When they travel to Chicago to see her, he makes them participate in extracurricular activities that take up 8-9 hours a day of the time she is supposed to have with them.

"I finally told [Judge] Carr I just wanted to end the case and keep my freedom and my voice. I told him I didn't want anything from Dwyane. The judge demanded the trial continue. I couldn't believe it."

Dwyane and Siohvaughn married in 2002 and divorced in 2007. Wade was granted sole custody of their two children in 2011 after a custody battle.

The Chicago Sun-Times reported that earlier this month, Funches files and then dropped a lawsuit against Dwyane over the proceeds from his endorsement deals.

However, she revealed that her lawyer recently went behind her back and dropped the million dollar lawsuit she had filed against D. Wade and this is the second time he has done this.
