Lindsay Lohan's latest TikTok video brings us back to 1998. Back to the time when the world was introduced to her. Even though she's been in several print ads already, the movie "The Parent Trap" made her a household name.

Decades have passed since the movie, but Lohan never truly went away from people's minds, even if she went through several rough years out of the limelight. Now that she's happily engaged, she also surprised fans by joining TiktTok and gifting everyone with a trip down memory lane.

Reciting one of her most memorable lines from "The Parent Trap" brought back memories for the fans of the actress, now 36.

"Yes, you want to know the difference between us?" Lohan lip-synced along with her character Hallie Parker, before mimicking her other character Annie James' retort: "I have class and you don't."

"You heard it here first," she wrote in the caption of the video. Its' apparent people miss the movie, because the clip now has close to 2 million likes.

One can recall how Lohan played separated-at-birth twins who learn of each other's existence for the first time at a summer camp in this movie. She pulled off the double role quite magnificently. If people did not know better, they would think there's two of them, really.

Several fans replied, "I'm enjoying this comeback," while one added, "THE QUEEN HAS ARRIVED."

The filming of "The Parent Trap" aided Lohan in dealing with the breakup of her parents' marriage, according to the actress.  At a virtual reunion in 2020, she told co-stars Dennis Quaid and Elaine Hendrix that filming for the movie was a lot of fun. However, more than fun, it helped her cope with her parents' divorcing.

"At the time, my parents were on the verge of divorcing. "It also made it a lot simpler for me to play these people who were trying to figure it out," she said.

She revealed that Nancy and Charles [Shyer, producer] made her feel so lucky and blessed. She said the movie played a massive role in making her believe she can act and she has the knack and passion for this career path.

Two decades later, Lindsay Lohan's love life is in better shape: She got engaged to a Credit Suisse VP last year.
