As the cast members of "Stranger Things" have been working with each other since they were kids, they have been through a lot of experience while filming on set. However, one star, Gaten Matarazzo, recently opened up about a prank that landed them in trouble.

The actor, who plays Dustin Henderson on the critically-acclaimed Netflix series, spoke to Michael Rosenbaum for the "Inside You" podcast. He shared a few random stories that happened while he was working on the show.

The 19-year-old actor recalled a moment when a few cast members pulled a "messed up" prank, but he clarified that he was not involved in it.

One crew member was getting married "very soon" during the first season of their show. The woman, which the actor didn't name, was said to be very excited about her wedding.

To his surprise, Millie Bobbie Brown and Noah Schnapp decided to prank call the crew member and posed as a manager named Brian.

Brian is said to be the wedding venue manager where she's getting married. The two actors told her that she had to cancel the reservation because there was an issue with the construction.

Matarazzo noted how the woman panicked and freaked out as her wedding was two weeks away. She was also crying, and Schnapp couldn't see her because she was in the other room; Brown intervened and stopped the prank.

The cast members got in trouble as the woman didn't take the prank well in the first two days, and she ultimately told them that no more pranks onset in the future.

"I think she took it well, I think afterwards she took it well. Maybe not for like the first day or two... But I remember that and I was like, 'Whoa, so maybe no more pranks on set," Matarazzo added. (via Comicbook)
