Will Prince Harry be part of Prince Charles' plan once he slims down the monarchy?

Prince Charles has been open about his desire to slim down the monarchy once he takes over the throne. While Queen Elizabeth II is yet to give way to the Prince of Wales, talks about the lucky royal family members who would make it to his vision started to arise.

Initially, it has been said that Camila, Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, and Kate would be the only royals to be highlighted once it happens. Prince Harry seemingly found hope when the Prince of Wales reportedly thought of including nine royals instead - but it might not still be favorable for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Prince Harry OUT: Prince Charles Only Wants THESE Royals Beside Him

In a statement to Us Weekly, royal expert Jonathan Sacerdoti said that the future king would make some changes to the monarch once he succeeds in the throne.

"It's always been rumored that he wants to slim down the working royals at the core of the family," he said on Tuesday, as quoted by Express.

Prince Charles never explained what he means about slimming down the monarchy, but it could mean fewer royals would be allowed to serve the crown officially.

The Telegraph, per New Zealand Herald, said that the Prince of Wales might start by deciding how many patronages and engagements the royal family should accomplish. From there, he would determine how many people he needs to achieve them.

So far, only nine royals have made it to Prince Charles' list, including his wife Camilla, Kate, Prince William, Princess Anne, Prince Edward, Sophie, and the three young Cambridges - Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Princess Louis.

With that said, it is safe to say that Prince Harry - as of press time - has no chance in claiming his royal titles and glory again. Still, royal author Tom Quinn has told To Di For Daily podcast that the Sussexes might only feel interested in returning once Prince Charles becomes king.

"One interesting thing an insider told me... is that both Meghan and Harry believe that when the elder royals die - in other words, Elizabeth - they may well be able when Charles is King, be able to come back and be the part-time royals that they really wanted to be," he said, as quoted by Express.

But with the slimmed-down monarchy, it is implausible they would be interested in working as royals again.
