Despite Kim's estranged husband Kanye West's criticism of the 28-year-old comedian, their friendship has grown stronger than ever, with Pete's acquaintances claiming they converse on the phone for hours when they're not together.
An insider told The Sun that they fell in love on the set of "Saturday Night Live," and that the Staten Island native had always loved Kim, but it wasn't until they met in person that they clicked.

Meanwhile, fans are buzzing as his mother makes an amazing announcement about the brunette bombshell expecting another kid.
Fans couldn't stop gushing over Kim and Pete's non-toxic romance after seeing photos of them in Los Angeles on a Kardashian-based Instagram account.
"She'll be pregnant with his child before the year," one commenter predicted.
Pete's mother, though, stepped in to answer to the fan's prediction, adding, "Yayy!" in a now-deleted remark.
Pete, like Kim, has strong family values, according to a close friend of the actor. After his father died on 9/11, he is known to be close to his mother.
