A new video of Will Smith threatening a host while on air recently went viral amid the height of Chris Rock slap controversy.

Nearly 12 years ago, Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, appeared on the Spanish talk show "El Hormiguero" ("The Anthill") and had a one-on-one interview with TV host Pablo Motos.

In a now-viral clip shared by The Mirror, Motos can be seen complimenting Jada's "beautiful" looks and career success. When the Spanish host noted Jada's success in the industry, the husband replies, "Very good," multiple times.

But when Motos began talking about how beautiful Jada is "outside and in," Will started to say "Cuidado, cuidado," which means "Be careful."

As their son Jaden Smith shook his head, Smith suddenly interrupted the host and said, "Pablo, be careful with the words you use for my wife, okay?"

He made his warning more concerning by raising his hand at the presenter.

After talking to Motos, the "King Richard" actor signed the host to continue talking. Jada and the host also hugged each other after the appearance.

Will Smith Slapped a Reporter

Aside from Chris Rock and the Spanish host, a reporter also tasted Smith's behavior during the Moscow premiere of "Men In Black 3."

Ukrainian prankster Vitalii Sediuk hugged Smith and kissed him on both cheeks before attempting to kiss him again during the red carpet event. Smith quickly pushed him away and slapped his cheek, telling the other reporters that Sediuk tried kissing him on his mouth.

During an interview on "The Late Show With David Letterman" after the incident, Smith detailed what happened and said it was "awkward."

"We're doing an interview. He's a reporter, he says, 'I'm your biggest fan, can I have a hug?' So I go to give this joker a hug and he tries to lean in to kiss me... it's just awkward Dave!" Smith said. "That's what they were saying, they were like 'Oh no, we're sorry, it's just his schtick.' And I said that's why his a** got schtuck!"'

The reporter recently broke his silence after Smith slapped Rock at the Oscars, sharing a collage photo of Smith at the Oscars and the moment he kissed him at the red carpet event. He told his followers that the actor had already practiced on him before his slap at the prestigious event.
